The customer is allowed to verify the order, material, size and color before the Courier leaves. The customer has the right to return the order and pay the shipping fees only or return part of the order and it will be deducted from the invoice immediately. In case that the courier leaves, any request for replacement or return will be with new shipping fees.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes products may not meet the expectations of our customers and we want to ensure that they have a satisfactory shopping experience. That's why we have established the following return policy:
Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And to complete your return, we require a purchase receipt.
Once you requested your return the courier will call u within 5 working days. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We can not Exchange or return these products (inner caps– turban – basic wear – pins – extensions – praying isdal – hijab accessories).
